We all have the same outlook - we work hard and we play hard. We're also a team dedicated to delivering the best for our clients, and maintaining those relationships. From our initial meeting to final sign-off, you have a dedicated crew that is at the ready. Read below to learn a little more about the team members here at Capture.

Mike Boyle, President and CEO

"The Boss"

Mike Boyle started Capture with a goal to bring the best possible marketing, branding and fulfillment solutions to his clients. Whether the details are in print or digital, Mike and his Capture Crew work hard for their clients so they can play hard in the outdoors when the job is done. Mike brings a "work to live" philosophy to the office every day and he motivates and rewards the Crew for flawless execution.

Mike leads Capture and Clients to the promised land with over 15 years of proven work ethic and entrepreneurial drive. Energy drinks are laughed at and frowned upon when his brain is in the room, and that relentless creativity molds the culture at Capture.

A long-time resident of the Twin Cities, Mike currently lives with his family in Chanhassen, MN. When he isn't burning the midnight oil in the office, he can either be found out on the lake, causing avalanches on his sled in the Rocky Mountains or driving his truck to an undisclosed outdoor adventure.

Crawford Jordan, VP Business Development

Crawford joined Capture as a business development professional with a knack for understanding the technology and creativity that defines Capture.

Crawford's professional roots trace back to the film and television world, where he spent a number of years as a sports producer for the Twin Cities' ABC affiliate - Channel 5 Eyewitness News - writing, editing, reporting and directing multiple live sportscasts on a daily basis. He was a part of an Emmy Award-winning team, having also produced for Joe Schmit's SportsWrap and Vikings Live!. Prior to that, Crawford served as a media and interactive coordinator for one of the Midwest's premier advertising agencies - Fallon McElligott - where he worked on numerous internationally-acclaimed advertising campaigns for clients such as United Airlines, Lee Jeans, EDS and Holiday Inn.

In addition to the things he gets paid for, he works to produce documentaries, commercials and music videos. He is currently producing a compelling feature-length documentary about street kids in America and the finished product will tug at your heart strings and illuminate some underground realities. Stay tuned.

In his spare time, he enjoys coaching football and track & field. Crawford graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1997 with a BA in Broadcast Journalism. He was a captain and four-year starter on the Golden Gopher Football team, which might explain how he can maintain a Taco Bell weakness and still dunk a basketball. His wife Sarah is also a U of M grad and letterman on the Gopher Women's Basketball team. They have been married since 2001 and are blessed with two beautiful children - Devin & Vanessa.

Steven Carstens, VP Marketing

A self-proclaimed nerd, Steven has over 12 years experience working with various web and marketing technologies and enjoys leading as well as contributing to strategic initiatives. He has built a reputation for being insightful, tactful, and trustworthy and has extensive experience in development, design, user experience, analytics, search marketing, and search optimization.

In his spare time, Steven enjoys coaching soccer, football, and baseball for his daughter and two sons and has a love for pretty much all sports and outdoor activities, shiny objects, and internet cats.

Nancy Boyle, Financial Operating Officer

"The Bank"

As Financial Operating Officer for Capture, Nancy Boyle handles our finances and keeps us in check. Nancy enjoys the high-paced work environment and the crew of colorful people we have assembled.

Most of Nancy's waking hours are spent managing Capture or trying to keep up with her three lovely children. But if she gets a break, you can find her on the lake with her friends and family, playing softball or just doing a bit of nothing to recharge the batteries.

Teresa Winslow, Account Manager

"The Whip"

Teresa Winslow joined Capture to quarterback the marketing fulfillment process. Her contributions have shaped customer training, reporting, inventory management, and the way Capture ships materials around the world. She has developed several best practices that save Capture and its clients time and money.

Teresa is the primary contact for many projects at Capture. If you want the job done right, she is the number you call. Teresa's intimate client knowledge and her organizational skills allow her to manage even emergency projects and last minute changes in stride. If she had a spirit animal, it would be a hybrid cross between a badger and a koala bear. Thanks to her can-do spirit, Capture clients become accustomed to the phrase, "Not a problem." Teresa lives with her husband and three children in Chaska, Minnesota, where they are active members of the community, frequent travelers to Lake Country and wine connoisseurs.

Heather Pallas, Creative Coordinator

With a BA in Studio Art from Gustavus Adolphus College, Heather’s passion for creativity has lead her into the career world of graphic design. She loves having the opportunity to use her creative talents to work with people in providing a solution to their design and marketing needs.

Heather began her career as Graphic Designer for the Gustavian Weekly news publication, freelancing, as well as volunteer design work for the not-for-profit mental health treatment and services corporation Guild Inc. Spending 6 years as a Program Coordinator and Counselor for a YMCA Youth Summer Camp developed her appreciation for active learning and exploration, and its application to every aspect of both her personal and professional life.

As an award winning competitive dance team member for 13 years, Heather recognizes the value for team effort, determination, and creative problem solving; all elements she hopes to bring home and to the workplace.

Jeff Farr, Designer/Developer

Jeff is a Web Designer who’s approach and goal with every project, is to take smart, strategic thinking and make it look ridiculously good. He loves working with the team to exceed clients’ expectations. An enthusiast of clean, user-friendly design, Jeff’s keen eye for detail has always defined his work.

Jeff graduated with a BA in Graphic Design where he played collegiate baseball. When he’s not in front of a computer you can catch this California native outdoors fishing, golfing, and playing baseball. He strongly believes the values he learned on the field have given him the discipline and drive to be a successful team player.
